We undertake to repair or at our option replace without cost to the owner either for material labour or carriage any part which with in One Year of date of purchase if the product is found to be defective, provided that the product has been used for indoor model railway use and assembled in accordance with our instructions and has not been subject to misuse, neglect or accident, reassembled or used for any other purpose than display on model railroads.
It is important that any claim must be made to Phillips Models as the seller of the product during the warranty period and Phillips Models undertakes any repairs or replacement. This will be free of charge. Proof of purchase and details of your delivery name address should be sent with details of your concern to:
